The library started in 2009. Since then, over 68333 books have been borrowed by over 4000 members. The library was started by Amrutash and Sahil. Amrut is an alumni of IIT-Madras and worked at Hindustan Unilever before starting up. The library in Chennai is run by Karthika Gopalakrishnan, who has read an incredible number of books in the library. The library at Coimbatore is run by Anitha Mohanraj, and at Delhi by Mrs. Shefali G, who are also booklovers. They pride themselves as being a library run by people who love books. All their librarians and library managers have been voracious readers. They read a lot of books, not just stare at the bookcovers. They receives home delivery, return old books and get new books.
