My Music Gym offers music and movements for children from the age of newborn to 12 years. They offer music, tumbling and gymnastics, sports training, and choir programs.

My Music Gym’s Terrific Tumblers is a gymnastics program that focuses on movement and coordination.

Age Groupings

1 year - 3 years (parent - participation class): 45 minutes

• This age is exploring the world in an upright position. We focus on skills such a pushing/pulling, throwing/kicking, stretching and lots of tumbling and climbing.

3 years - 5 years: 1 hour

• This age group has a firm grasp on the world and who they are. We focus on basic gymnastic skills which include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, balancing, stretching and the trampoline. 

4 years - 6 years (independent): 1 hour

• This age group is very independent. We focus on gymnastic skills which include flexibility, rolling, jumping, climbing and the trampoline.

7 years - 11 years (independent): 1 hour

• This age group has the focus to further develop their gymnastics skills. We focus on cartwheels, round-offs, hand stands, head stands and back handsprings.  We work on the balance beam, vault box, roman rings, floor routines.

Sports Fit in Mumbai, is a unique program that trains children, ages 5 to 12 years, in the fundamental skills used in all sports.  

The areas of focus include:

 

• Linear movement, understanding how your body moves in a straight line (running technique)
• Multi-directional movement and agility training, understanding how your body moves sideways and diagonally.
• Fast feet and core strengthening.
• Sports vision and reaction training, hand-eye coordination.
• Cross Fit Training, flexibility and fitness.
• Super Circuits
•  Intro to sport specific drills and motor coordination.
