This joyful news was confirmed when the Dhrishyam actress reached the Mumbai airport terminal, flaunting her baby bump. The mum-to-be, who already appears to be in her second trimester had a beautiful glow on her face and was seen smiling at the paps clicking her photos.

You can also consider using a pregnancy pillow to support your belly while sleeping. This will help reduce the pressure on your back and reduce discomfort and pain.
The fluctuating pregnancy hormones increase the size of your breasts by enhancing the size of your milk glands. This is a natural process, which prepares your body to nurture your little one. Wearing a supportive bra, with an appropriate cup size can help make you feel more comfortable.
Hormonal changes can cause the mucus membrane in your nose to swell up. This may result in nasal congestion and snoring. These changes may also increase the risk of nosebleeding.
You can try administering nasal saline sprays and keeping the air moist with humidifiers to keep your nasal membranes moist to avoid these issues.
The inflow of hormones in your body can also cause vaginal discharge during this time. Milky white and thin vaginal discharge is considered normal and it also helps prevent bacterial infections.
However, if you notice yellow or green vaginal discharge along with a foul smell, seek medical help immediately as it could be an indicator of a serious issue.
The weight of your growing baby puts extra pressure on your bladder which further increases your urge to pee frequently. Due to frequent urination, you will have to amp up your water intake to replenish the nutrients lost and prevent dehydration. Hence, make sure to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Muscle contraction in your legs is common during the second trimester, especially at night. To reduce leg cramps, you can try stretching before bedtime, practicing mild exercises, and consuming calcium and magnesium-rich foods.
