  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • A pinch of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp oil or ghee

Instructions:

  • Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • Add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Finally, add crumbled paneer and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  • 1/2 cup mashed paneer
  • 1/2 cup steamed vegetables (carrots, peas, and potatoes)
