Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 3
Butter -1 to 2 tbsp
Green Chutney- 2 tsp
Sliced Onion -1
Sliced Tomato -1
Sliced Cucumber – 1
Finely Cubed Paneer -1/2 Cup
Curd- 1 to 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder -1tbsp
Garam Masala Powder -1tsp
Black Pepper Powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sandwich Spread -2 tsp
Grated cheese, Nylon Sev & Finely chopped Coriander for garnishing.
Method
Step 1-
Take a bowl & add cubed panner.
Now add all the dry masalas mentioned in ingredients.
Add curd & mix all well together. Let it marinate for half an hour.
Step 2-
Take a slice of bread & spread green chutney evenly
Now spread marinated panner evenly.
Place another slice of bread over it.
Spread sandwich spread on this slice.
Now place cucumber slices over it followed by a slice of cucumber, a few slices of onion and slices of tomato
Now take the third slice of bread & place over tomato slices.
Next spread butter on both the sides of bread & toast it till crisp.
Lastly cut it in any shape you like.
Sprinkle grated cheese, nylon sev & chopped coriander
