Ingredients:
1 Tsp – Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Rice Flour
1 Tsp Ragi Flour
1 Tsp Besan
1 Tsp Bajri ka Aata
1 Tsp Suji
Salt
Haldi powder
Hing
Ginger
Chilli
Garlic paste
Butter/Ghee
Method:
I have made here plain chilla but you can also add your favorite chhoped veggetables, onion, coriander etc..
Enjoy this chilla with sauce, chutney, curd or tea!
