Here’s an easy and quick recipe of a Mint Cooler for hot hot summers.

With increasing temperatures, your body needs more liquids for hydration and this is a super cooling refreshing drink.

 

Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curd
  • Water
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Jeera powder

 

Method:

  • Blend Mint and Coriander leaves with curd and water.
  • Add a tiny piece of ginger for flavor, salt and jeera powder
  • Serve chilled
