This Children’s Day Week, let your baby explore the world of colors!
On our journey of learning, we are fascinated with water colors and love to color our hands and feet and make beautiful designs.
The act of coloring improves motor skills in young children. The actions and grip involved in coloring can aid in development of muscles of fingers and wrist.
Coloring also enhances imagination and stimulates creativity. Color recognition, understanding of colors in the surroundings, hand and eye co-ordination are some more benefits.
Here sharing few interesting fun crafts we made:
1. Elephant
2. Dinosaur (Yes, we HAVE to include Dino in every activity, as my 2.5 year old toddler is Dino crazy; courtesy: Dinosaur Train and Peppa Pig)
3. Bird
4. Butterfly
This one turned out to be particularly favorite and more fascinating was the idea of applying multiple colors on hands.
5. Crab
The color combinations and choice of colors for particular creatures are purely baby’s choice.
6. Cow
7. Giraffe
We love Giraffes.
8. Gold Fish
One more Golden Fish because toddler became obsessed with them..
9. Octopus
9. Horse
10. Duck
So give your baby the color pallet and let him/her explore and get creative.
Enjoy Coloring!! Happy Painting!!
