Before, I start sharing more of Yoga asanas, let me help you with some Leg, Shoulder, Neck Stretches.

 

This is a precursor to getting into yoga asanas. It eases and relaxes the body and prepares it to go deeper into further asanas.  Stiffness and tension gets released thereby making us more flexible. These exercise also ensure there is no cramping during the practice.

 

Disclaimer: All the exercises demonstrated in the videos need to be done under the supervision of a trained practitioner at the start, until one is proficient and comfortable to take these up individually. Even then, if at any moment there is any discomfort , one must stop and consult a trained practitioner.
