Boys want to learn who invented what these days...So I decided let me write that in #tiffinnotes .. This week I made corn spinach fritters for #snacksbox

Before my dm is flooded with receipe let me write here itself.. .

Ingredients

1. 1and half cup sweetcorn blended coarsely without adding any water

2. 1 small carrot grated

3. Half Onion chopped

4. Spinach washed and chopped

5. Ginger paste

6. Salt to taste

7. 1/4 cup besan

8. Red chilli powder to taste

9. 1/4 cup rice flour

10. Chopped coriander leaves

11. Oil for frying

Method

1. Mix sweetcorn, carrot, onion, ginger, spinach, coriander leaves, besan, rice flour

2. Mix salt, red chilli powder

3. If not able to bind then add more besan and rice flour (I didn't add any)

Method

5. Now take small portion and give it a desired shape

6. Fry in medium heat till it turns brown and crisp

7. Drain in kitchen towel

8. Serve hot with green chutney small portion and give it a desired shape

Before i share the easy peasy receipe which can be made from ingredients available in the kitchen..

I would like to see you tagging me when you try it out..

I am self taught cook or just learnt from my mumma...

Ingredients
1. 1/4 cup softened butter (i used amul)

2. 1/2 cup jaggery powder

3. 1/2 TSP Vanilla essence

4. 1/4 TSP baking soda

5. 1/2 cup peanut butter (used @disanofoodsindia)

6. 1/2 cup + 2tbsp whole wheat flour

7. Chocolate chips

8. 1/2tbsp cornflour (@weikfieldind)

Method

1. Mix peanut butter and butter with jaggery powder.

2. Now mix whole wheat flour and cornflour

3. Add vanilla essence, baking soda, and mix slowly to form a dough

4. Keep the dough in freeze for an hour or so

5. Preheat oven at 180

6. Grease a baking tray or use baking sheet i used @asahikasei_in

7. Now place a small portion of dough and flatten with hand and put some chocolate chip on top.

8. Keep some distance while placing two dough

9. Bake it for 10-12 mins till the edges change colour

10. Let it cool for 20 mins..

This week #dabbastories ..
Made peanut butter cookies alongwith corn cutlet today..
Ingredients

1cup boiled and grinded corn kernels

Grated ginger

Boiled and mashed potatoes 2

Coriander leaves chopped

Salt to taste

Besan 1tbsp

Cornflour 2tbsp

Chopped onion 1

Chopped capsicum 1small

Garam masala to taste

Red chilli powder to taste

Lemon juice 1/4tsp

Chat masala to taste

Turmeric powder 1/4tsp

Roasted grinded jeera powder to taste

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly

2. There should be no moisture

3. Take small portion of prepared mixture in your hand and give desired shape.

4. Deep fry till golden brown

Sudden craving for anything chocolatey then try out this easy mini choco lava in appe pan...

Ingredients

1. Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup

2. Jaggery powder 1/6th cup

3. Milk 1/2 cup

4. Baking soda 1/8tsp

5. Baking powder 1/4tsp

6. Oil 1/8 cup

7. Dark chocolate

Method

1. Melt dark chocolate by pouring boiling milk and the let it cool and make balls and freeze for 10 mins

2. Sieve all the dry ingredients

3. Take 1/4 cup milk and all wet ingredients and mix with dry ingredients

4. Add milk more if required

5. Heat the paniyaram pan and brush it with oil or butter

6. Pour 1tbsp batter in each slot and then put one dark chocolate balls by inserting in middle of batter.

7. Cook for 5 mins by covering

8. Flip the side.

9. Cook for another 2 mins and serve hot..

Today was spaghetti pasta cooked as indian style pasta with turmeric, garam masala, tomato puree.. Followed by pinwheel sandwhich...

Ingredients

🍞 slices

Butter

Cheese slice

Black pepper powder

Tomato ketchup

Green chutney
Method

1. Cut the edges from all four sides of the bread

2. Roll out very thin but gently using the rolling pin

3. Now apply butter, green chutney and sauce to the slices of bread (you can add mayo, peanut butter etc)

4. Take the bread on which you have applied butter and put a cheese slice and sprinkle Black pepper powder..

5. Above that put the green chutney bread slice

6. Now put the tomato ketchup bread slice..

7. Roll it nicely to thin roll

8. Now cut it to slices very gently..

9. Serve with ketchup or dip of your choice...
