5 Simple ways to make your child brush their teeth daily
As parents, once you figure out when and how to brush your baby’s teeth, the next task is to teach them the same and make that a habit for them.
A few easy tips to follow to make your little one brush their teeth regularly are:
Be an example for them to follow. Kids tend to learn faster when they see it. Start brushing your teeth twice a day with your kid to teach them this good habit.
*While having a brushing time with your kid, show him/her the process. Let them watch you and learn the right brushing technique. Show them how to brush in the front, back, sides, rinse, floss, and clean the tongue.
*Bond over brushing time by humming songs, making sounds, or some fun stories/ talk. Make your own brushing-time song.
*Make them understand why is good dental and oral hygiene so important and what happens if they don’t follow it, with the help of some fun stories.
*Praise them or reward them with kisses, hugs, and good gestures when they brush their teeth well.
*Make the brushing time fun for easy and fast learning! #toddlers#dentalhygeine#oralhygeine#brushing#healthyteeth#seemasays

The one-bite rule- is one of advice you must have heard again and again: just make them take a bite or taste. 🤔 Some less picky children may view a one-bite rule as a push they need to try new things, while others will be totally put off by it. 🙅♀️ If just having kids taste food worked for every kid, there would be no picky kids out there. Maybe for them, one lick might have been an option. 😋🙂
