Yes, finally I'm talking about my postpartum depression.I have gone through this phase of my life.Postpartum depression made me see a doctor and this was the worst part of my life. Doctor recommend my that i will need an environmental change but level of my depression was so high that i used to not listen to anybody made me so stubborn.Didn't wanted leave my child and go out to chill or relax. My thoughts were so bad that I always used to think negative only everyone made me understand but my anxiety made me weak. Then the only option left was to take depression tablets Which was recommended by my doctor. I did lots of research on Google about these tablets which made me realised that I should take time to relax instead of taking tablets which might have side effects in future why cant built my willpower and be strong to come out it.An the only thing i asked from everyone was time and did not consume even a single tablet. It took me a month to come out of it but it is only because of my willpower.
Postpartum depression is only term for ourself.Depression can be cure when you have strong willpower and some confidence that yes we can come out of it.🙏 #bbcreatorsclub #postpatrum #postpartumdepression #momslife #strongwoman #mjparenting

|| Travel Stories - Dhwaj ||

As it is said age is not a barrier to travel but when it comes to travel with a 6 months old baby for the 1st time to rajasthan during winter. This made me shiver and dicy with mixed feelings whether we should travel with Dhwaj Yes or NO.?

.

.

Almost thinking for few days my mind said Yes ✅ let's go.

..

..

⬇️

We started our journey in train 🚃 from #mumbai to #jalore .Then Road 🚘 trip to Jalore to Ahore.Ahore is place in #rajasthan were belong to we called as our Marwad in marwadi.
We had gaon sammelan (Meet & Greet) for 3 days which included various indoor and out door games like chess , carrom, cricket, religious and cultural program.Even for me meeting everyone together in under one roof for the 1st time.

.

.

It was super fun..

.

.

Dhwaj had been a good audience and he witnessed everything very well.I came to know different side of Dhwaj.

.

.

.

The Best part to travel village is you get to see Cows🐄, Dogs🐾, Pigs🐷,Horses 🐴, Camel🐪, Buffalo,🐃 on the streets very offenly..Dhwaj is a true pet lover i must tell you all..He loves to be around animals from Day1 because we have one pet at home also his name is Rockiee. As parents we were surprised to see Dhwaj that he managed to feed dogs with biscuits but with the help of elders with giggling sound which was totally worth. He trying to grab the packet becausehe wants to give more and more biscuits.I called this moment as #mumfie .

Massage can soothe our baby body and help him to sleep. Massage has many addition benefits for our baby improving in weight gain, aiding digestion, improving circulation, and easing teething pain. Massage can get our newborn to sleep better, improve his health, and even help you bond. Massage can be done with baby oils or any baby lotions that's completely our choice what you decide. Massaging helps in growth of our baby. If baby regular massage then he is more active and cries lesser.
Types of Massage.

○Head massage.

○Leg massage.

○Belly massage.

○Arm massage.

○Neck massage.

○Colic-Relief Massage.

○Back Massage.
How to do massage.?

Place the baby on his back on a blanket or a cloth undress the baby. Pick an comfortable position for massaging. Start with circular clockwise strokes with oil or lotion. Massage the baby for good 15 to 20 minutes from head to toe and back.
When to start and till when we should do baby massage.?

We should start after 5-6 days the baby is born and atleast for a year we should continue doing.
How often should you massage baby.?

It totally depends on baby to baby and parents. Some give massage everyday and some gives alternative this is completely which is completely OK.
What is the best time to massage baby.?

We all parents should keep a practice of one fix time to massage the baby. So their routine to sleep doesn't gets affected. Massage the baby before the bedtime.
What to do after massage.?

Once the massage is done we can should take our babies for a nice warm water bath. once the bath is done we should swaddle wrap.
❎Don'ts of massage.
We should never do massage when the baby hungry and cranky. It is better to avoid massaging the new born baby with skin problems. Avoid waking up the baby from sleep for massage. Stop massaging when baby starts crying or does not like the massage. Avoid massaging just after feeding.
Stay tuned until next post. #mjparenting #Bbcreatorsclub #baby #growthanddevelopment #massagetobaby #babycare #babycaretips
