BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients:-
2 mashed Bananas

1 and half cup wheat flour

Sugar as per your kid's taste (you can also avoid sugar because banana is already sweet)

Ghee or butter

Honey

Cream

Buttermilk or water

Method:-
-Add mashed bananas in flour with buttermilk or water. Now make a smooth thick paste make sure there won't be any lumps. Now add sugar If you want otherwise avoid it.
- Take a frying pan. Put it on low flame and grease it with butter or ghee. Now spread the mixture on it.
- Fry the cakes from both sides on medium flame till the colour changes into brown.
- Serve it hot with honey or cream on top and banana pieces.

Note:- I have used wheat flour instead of maida because maida is not good for health. Also, you do not need to use any baking powder or egg to make it fluffy.

How to control sugar in kids diet?
;It's not only children who like sugar adults too love but they need to keep an eye on; the amount of sugar;
; ; ;My dad loves sweets very much; .he never try to control eating sugary items like bakery biscuits and etc .Just like my dad I too love sweets. Sweets was second thing; on my love list .when I was young I used to eat a lot.during college day I used to save my travelling conveyance and try new items on monginis 😁.now I control taking sweets like when I want sweet I just have a glass of water.
; ; ; ; My son aayush got the same taste as a hereditary.so with him I m little bit strict of giving him less sweets .just like me and dad he to loves bakery items what I do is I just; make the batter of cake and bake in vessel in which we make idli as I don't have oven .
; ; ;
Sugar is very harmful for children
Foods which contains refined;sugar such as colas ,aerated drinks, chocolates and pastries donor contribute any nutrients to children.
Over eating of these sugar refine item may lead to obesity

Excessive consumption of sugar is also going to affect children's mood and energy levels.according to child this happens more in the case of refined sugar🍭🍬🍰🍮🍩 which cause fluctuations in children's glucose level.

Consumption of refine sugar attracts cavity causing; bacteria.dentist say one of main reason for cavity is sugar

As it is not easy to cut down of sugar in children's diet here are the ways how can we reduce it

Parents always concerned about their child's consumption of sugar and often try to impose ban on sugar which is impossible to;implement.it;is better to make less amount of sweet;

Try to eliminate aerated drinks for children these also contains refined sugar and have no nutritional value.we can provide our children with healthier; drinks like fruit juice and smoothies made of fruits.And have plenty of water

Always check labels before you buy processed or readymade food.make it sure to choose low contain sugar.when buying products such as breakfast or any healthier drink powder avoid pre sweetener ones.
;
Use a certain ingredients such as spices can add sweetness in; sweet preparation
Like preparing any sweet desert you can use cardamom elaichi cinnamon dalchini and nutmeg jaiphal or raisins .sweet food can be addictive to children .we can also convert; their taste by providing them salty snacks or dry fruits .
While serving sweet use small bowls instead of large one

I hope you will love my post which is helpful too;

10 ways to teAch your kids about germs 😰👻👽
Let's face it, kids are germ magnets. It seems as though they often find themselves in the most germ-filled situations and are more than happy to transport those germs around. Schools, play grounds, and other areas where children reside can often be a hot spot for germs, and if they aren't careful they can quickly become sick and pass the illness on to others. Teaching kids about germs is important as it will help them lead a healthier life and keep those around them healthy as well. Teaching kids about germs doesn't have to be difficult. Just take a look below at 10 ways to teach kids about germs so they can stay healthy and safe

1. Make your own germ model.

Kids don't always realize what germs look like. Make your own germ model using play dough and q-tips. Simply roll the dough into a ball and poke the q-tips into;. Notice how the tips make it easy to attach to other things.

2. Look at photos of germs magnified.

You can't see germs on your hands, but they are there. When kids see that these germs do in fact look like little monsters, they will be more than happy to scrub those germs away via great hand washing.
3. Use flour to show how germs can hide.

Sprinkle flour on your child's hands. Notice how it gets in the cracks of the skin and in between fingers. Germs can do the same thing, which is why proper hand washing is always important. Once you show them how the flour can hide, move on to step 4.
4. Demonstrate proper hand washing.

Show children how to properly wash hands by using the right amount of soap and water. They should have a song or rhyme they repeat when singing which is at least 30 seconds long. ;This is long enough to scrub away any germs present.
5. Show how a sneeze travels.

Put some colored water in a spray bottle. Just use some water and food coloring. Spray the bottle onto a piece of white paper to show how the sneeze spreads. Notice how far the colored droplets can go, then move onto tip #6 to talk about proper sneeze control.
6. Show the Vampire technique.

When your child has to sneeze, they can shield germs using their arm which is better than the hand. Have them cross their arm over their mouth so their face is in the inside of their elbow. It sort of looks like a vampire covering his face with a cape. Brilliant!
7. Demonstrate how to use sanitizer.

Kids often times want to pour huge amounts of sanitizer all over themselves. Show them the appropriate amount to use, which is about the size of a dime. Have them practice using sanitizer especially during cold and flu season
8.Grow your own mold.

Show how dirty hands are by growing your own mold. After an hour of play, have children press a piece of bread in their hands. Place the bread in a bag and store it in a dark place. In a few days, the germs will grow into mold. It is a wonderful visual reminder for kids that just because they can't see the germs they are still there.
9. Make a list of germ zones.

Some places and things are more germ filled than others. Go over these spaces with your kids. Bathrooms, play grounds, door handles, telephones, and light switches are a few good places to name. Once kids can identify these places, they can take precaution.
10. Use lipstick to show how germs travel.

Put lipstick on your child. Have them kiss their hand or put their mouth on a piece of paper. This shows how germs transfer from mouth to surface and why it is important to keep things away from their mouths.
I hope u will all love this post as it is helpful too to know our kids about germs #kidshealth ; #healthykids
