When all of sudden my daughter started rejecting all salty and spicy food, I was a little worried and checked her mouth.

I could see the white patches and coating on tongue. Within no time I was able to diagnose that's nothing serious but an Oral Thrush.
📍 Oral thrush is fungal infection looks like white coating or white patches on the tongue, mouth, inner cheeks, and back of the throat sometimes.
📍 Oral thrush caused by an overgrowth of the fungus;Candida albicans.
📍Reason :- usually we have a small amount of this fungi in our mouth and skin, low immunity, disturbed Gut health may stimulate the overgrowth of this yeast and that results into oral thrush.
😈 Usually we take curd in our routine diet, since the weather was bad here we avoid curd for two days and that results in poor Gut health.
📍 Treatment I gave :-
No medicines for first day :- rather give lots of natural fruits and juices rich in vit C, Curd, proper hydration and strictly no sugar.
Maintaining oral hygiene:- toddler tends to put some or other things in mouth so be gentle and ask them not to do that, trim the nails, frequent hand washing, gargle with lukewarm water and turmeric, brushing teeth twice.

Post monsoon mosquitoes are main felons in spreading infections.
Proper care and precautions can help to prevent the spread of it.
✅ Make sure there is no water deposition near plants and pots
✅ Empty Air Conditioner drip trays, Children's play sets.Trash cans, Birdbaths.
✅ Dont take kids to the garden and loans at evening hours.
✅ Apply Mosquitoes repellent if possible
✅ Kapoor and Ajwain are best herbal insect repellent
✅ Give turmeric + milk to strengthen immunity.
✅ Maintain proper hydration and avoid stale food.
✅ Maintain hygiene by giving bath with neem leaves.
✅ Increse protein intake as protein is best source for enhancing body immunity against viral infection.
