As we all know Iodine is very important for our body. Our body needs iodine to make thyroid hormones. These hormones control the metabolism and many other important functions. The body also needs thyroid hormones for proper bone and brain development during pregnancy and infancy. The recommended daily diet intake of iodine is 150 msg per day, 220 to 250 mcg for pregnant women and 250 to 290 mcg gor breastfeeding moms.So iodine is an very essential mineral that we must get from our diet.

Me n my whole family have Tata Salt in our diet.So me n they are not missing I.What about u??
