KHAKRA CHAAT 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup corns ( pre-boiled ) 1/4 cup green peas( pre-boiled) 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum Add chili powder, oregano, and salt as per your taste Add 4 khakra ( roughly crushed) Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes Serve immediately garnished with coriander. Note. It serves 2 people Do try this, it's best had as evening snacks, best swipe for biscuits with tea. Do comment below , how it turned out to be.

Simple tip to stick to your resolutions ➡️Make simple resolutions. ➡️ It should easy , sustainable and real. ➡️Start slowly , no need to rush you have 365 days to achieve your goals.
Specially for those whose resolution is to lose weight and workout don't rush into it .
Go slow start with 10 min a day and gradually increase your time and intensity rather then doing vigorous workout for a day or two and than rest due to injury or over stress.
RELAX , remember "SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE " ➡️Unhealthy behaviors develop over the course of time.Thus, replacing unhealthy behaviors with healthy ones requires time. Don’t get overwhelmed and think that you have to reassess everything in your life. Instead, work toward changing one thing at a time. ➡️Keep a log , write it. If she can, why can't you? She is the mother of a beautiful princess; her passion is cooking. Her goal is to be a model. she has almost achieved her goal, she has started modeling. Her love for cooking and her dedication to losing weight and getting back in shape post-pregnancy has helped her achieve her goals.

Summer is incomplete with lemon and salt, this summer I tried @lunn_salt summer harvest and winter harvest salt. I liked the packing its grinder glass bottle, just rotate it and fresh ground salt is ready to use. I made chai lemonade 1 tablespoon whole chia seeds Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 cups warm water Mix all the ingredients together. Let rest for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the chia seeds have formed a gel.
Cool Drink to Beat the Heat Ingredients Mixed herbs-parsley, mint, basil, coriander leaves-1 cup Honey -1 tsp Lime juice-1 tsp Grated lemon peel-½ tsp Method Grind all the herbs with other ingredients except lemon peel, with 1 glass water. Pour in a tall glass and garnish with lemon peel and mint leaves and serve fresh. *All the herbs are antioxidants which clear the toxins from the body naturally, plus they are cooling in nature so you can beat the heat.
