I've been feeling lost and anxious lately. I've observed some changes in my partner's behavior, late nights at work, and secretive phone calls. I'm torn between trusting them and my gut feeling of a possible extra affair. How do you navigate suspicions without letting it consume you? Any advice or similar experiences to share?

Communication is the key . With my experience, I have always felt that many arguments and fights can be avoided if instead of fighting a battle inside our mind we communicate with the involved person. Writing about it is another way where you can vent out. Once you are done with writing talking out clears your mind.
