protein in breakfast is most important. both vegetarian and non veg sources are great. As moms we tend to neglect ourselves and meal times and quality goes for a toss. But its important to remember that as long as the mother is fit fine and functioning, her baby will be well cared for too. so meals on time and balanced nutrition for moms is very important. and yes hydration is very important for breastfeeding. have a glass of water before breastfeeding sessions. You wont feel drained then.
