Nivesaa offers dance classes for children from the age of 5 years and above. They have classes for both boys and girls. They offer classes in western dance forms.

In dance they offer lessons in salsa, funk jazz, belly dance, jive, zumba, bollywood, contemporary, etc. 

They also have yoga classes in aerial yoga and hatha yoga.
