Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya was built in 1914 by George Wittet, a Scottish architect.

This museum is home to famous Indian miniatures and artifacts from different Indian empires. The museum is surrounded by gardens and lawn which could make for quick picnic zones.
