have recently started T on soups and he seems to be enjoying them. There is a whole variety that could be cooked quickly. This soup is a little strong on the palate but yummy nonetheless. I am glad he could handle the flavours.
I am not a precision cook, so the ingredients are usually not measured up. Here goes the recipe:
What you will need:
1. 1/2 a potato
2. 1 Stalk of spring onion
3. 1 Pod of crushed garlic
4. Olive oil
5. A little milk
6. A little water
7. Salt and pepper for garnish
How to make it:
1. Drizzle the olive oil on the potatoes, spring onions & garlic
2. Bake till cooked
3. Add in the water and the milk and blend it to a smooth thick consistency
4. Garnish to taste
